I thought this was such a lovely way to include older relatives and friends who couldn’t make the trip to see them in Ireland. With show-stopping catering by @sokafood and heartfelt speeches, I left them after the cake was cut but I’m told they partied long into the night and there may have been a couple of sore heads the next day!
