Wedding Photographer Paris
An Elopement around the City with Stine + Sidney
This little love story comes from a romantic rainy day in Paris. Stine + Sidney have been living in Paris for a year and decided whilst they were residents, they’d make this place ever more special by getting married here. Being from Norway, the legal ceremony was held at the Norwegian Embassy, which sadly I wasn’t allowed to photograph, so our story starts right after they became husband and wife. You’d expect a lovely sunny day at the end of June, but alas the weather was not playing ball. The rain not letting up, we jumped in a cab and just drove. Anytime we saw some cover we pulled over and took advantage. We headed to the Lourve and it’s archways to take advantage of the dry space there. Stine + Sidney were quite specific with me, saying they didn’t want the cliche Eiffel Tower Wedding Photography. Instead they wanted to capture all of the places that had become a part of their life. The Coffee shops, the cute shops and restaurants all made for authentic photos, showing the places they’d discovered and fallen in love with. Stine and Sidney stopped for lunch with friends before more photos, then onto dinner at Aux Vins des Pyrénées .
